Robert from Tukwila

WNW is such a peaceful and safe place for families to come relax, fellowship, and let the kids play like kids should, outdoors in a safe environment. The camp hosts are delightful, caring, love the Lord, and exude enthusiasm that all who come to WNW would experience God’s love. I appreciate how they run the camp with integrity, honesty, and just straight up genuine care for everyone! There is such a sense of peace that it truly is a retreat from the daily grind and binds the family together in the Lord’s presence.

Gayle from Bremerton

We have camped at Wilderness NW for the last couple of years. The group from our church absolutely loves it and we look forward to going back again. The facilities are always nice and clean. Wilderness NW is very quiet, God's glorious outdoors to relax and have fun at. Get a few friends and family together for a relaxing time. You will love this place just as we do!

Rick from Bremerton

Wilderness Northwest has been the perfect place to bring families from our church for over 20 years. The camp is packed-full of activities and adventures for all ages and is set in one of the most picturesque areas in the Olympic Mountains. Hearing the laughter of children playing and the laughter of adults enjoying life in God's Creation is something I look forward to every year. Memories made here last a lifetime!

A word from the Director

My name is Alan Reimann and I have had the honor and privilege of being named the new director of Wilderness Northwest. It has been a strange mix of excitement and sadness this past summer, to step into a role that was so wonderfully filled by my father-in-law, Jody Weed.

For close to 40 years, Jody invested his heart into creating a facility where families and church groups could go to get away from the distractions of life and to connect with each other and with our Amazing Creator. It is my desire to continue this mission and grow the ministry of Wilderness Northwest as God leads us into the future.

God placed this amazing family in my life as a little girl! Grandma weed would give us rides to church and then we became neighbors and they loved & cared for us as we grew up! I was blessed to attend one of the first camps at WNW and my kids attended years later! Jody & Marla have blessed my life for over 40 years and it’s a blessing to see the camp continue to bless others & grow each of us in Christ! Thank you for showing me Gods love all these years and leading me to the Lord
